◆To purchase the requested items on your behalf,
 we will first request payment for the product
 cost and service fee.

◆The product price includes domestic shipping
 within Japan, so please be aware of this in
 advance.

◆After the products have arrived at our location,
 we will send you an invoice for the international
 shipping fee. After we confirm the payment for
 the shipping fee, we will ship your order within
 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

◆Upon receiving the products at our location,we will
 open the package, conduct a visual inspection
 to ensure the items match your order, and then
 repackage them with additional protection
 for international shipping purposes.

 If there are any damages or issues with the items
 at this stage, we will request an exchange
 from the purchase store. In such cases, we will in
 form you about the extension of the shipping date.

※Furthermore, if you prefer not to have the package
 opened and repackaged, please inform us in the
 message when placing your order.
 In such cases, we will not conduct a visual
 inspection to match the items.

◆We will use Japan Post for international shipping.
 The fastest delivery option is EMS
 (Express Mail Service),
 followed by international small packet
 with registered mail (up to 30kg),
 small package with registered mail (up to 2kg),
 and other documents can be sent
 as registered letters (up to 2kg) or printed
 materials with registered mail (up to 5kg).

 Regarding the shipping fee, we will provide an
 approximate estimate in the email
 when requesting payment for the purchased items.

 ※For customers who choose EMS shipping, in the
  event that the items arrive damaged or broken
  during delivery, you can file a claim for
  compensation up to 2 million yen, based
  on the actual loss.

 ※Items valued up to 20,000 yen are eligible
  for free compensation.

 ※For customers who choose EMS shipping,
  if the value of the contents exceeds 20,000 yen,
  you can opt for compensation coverage by
  paying an additional insurance fee of 50 yen
  for every 20,000 yen value, allowing you
  to claim compensation up to 2 million yen
  for actual losses. If you wish to apply for the
  compensation coverage, please inform us
  at the time of placing your order.

◆There are certain items that cannot be shipped
 via international mail due to laws, regulations,
 or treaties. If an item falls into this category,
 we will inform you of the reason and let
 you know that it cannot be purchased.

◆Compensation for damages such as loss, theft,
 or delay of goods during transportation will be
 handled by the respective transportation agencies
 according to the compensation regulations of each
 shipping method as third parties. In the case of
 damages, the recipient must retain the postal item
 in its current state and report any discrepancies or
 damages to the local post office.

◆As for customs duties, value-added tax,
 and other taxes:

 Customs duties will be determined by the local
 customs officials of the destination country.
 We regret that we cannot provide accurate
 information in advance, so please understand.

 If customs duties, value-added tax, or any other
 taxes are incurred at the destination customs,
 the customer will be responsible for bearing the
 full amount. We kindly request your understanding
 and cooperation in this matter.

◆Cancellation and Returns
 Due to the nature of the proxy purchasing service,
 we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds
 after the shipping process has been completed.

 For items that are returned to us due to the
 customer’s absence during delivery,
 we will hold them for one week.
 If we do not receive any contact during this period,
 the items will be disposed of,
 and refunds cannot be provided.

 If a re-delivery is requested, we will charge
 only for the shipping fee.
